I miss those days where I can just sit down and be so lazy and not do anything at all. Maybe I just need a break but then again thinking of the time that I would waste with all that laziness, is such a shame. :D
A lot has happened this year but most of them I like. Though some of them made me feel like it's the end of the world but in the end it is just something better. Like they say, "There's always light at the end of the tunnel". Also the true friends stay and understands. (hearts)
I appreciate and love those who have been there for me and those who accepts me just the way I am. (Family & Friends).
Have been working & working and might be a workaholic soon! Lack of sleep and yet I still gain weight! My goodness! This time it's serious. I never been this big! :( . Saw this reality show of Big meets BIGGER and guess what? I don't think I'll have any appetite after watching that.. I mean they don't have any disgusting scenes, just that it's a show where fat people meets and learn how the obese live their life in able to let them change their lifestyle. So much better than The Biggest Loser I think. I mean it would have make a better impact to them to be able to see the reality right? :D
I should watch that every time I get hungry or just have a replay in my head!
Anyways, I'll be back soon someone is calling me. :)
And hopefully by then I've lost some weight. ^_^

Lack of sleep can make u gain weight, because you dont get enough rest to recover the energy to burn calories.

1) Sleep whenever u can
2) Drink a lot of water. PLAIN WATER.
